Data We Collect

QuickPaste does not collect any personal data. The only data stored are the text snippets you explicitly create yourself.

Data Storage

Your snippets are stored exclusively using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.sync API, which is tied to your Google account and governed by Google's own privacy policy. No data is sent to any external server operated by QuickPaste.

Third Parties

QuickPaste does not share any data with third parties. No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services are used.

Permissions

The extension requests the following permissions solely to provide its core functionality:

• contextMenus – to display snippets in the browser's right-click menu
• storage – to save and sync snippets via Chrome Sync
• activeTab – to insert text into the focused text field
